THE FIRST THING THAT YOU WILL NOTICE IS THAT MOST OF THE REVIEWS ARE FROM 2-3-7 YEARS AGO. THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING. THE SERVICE DEPT IS RUN BY JIM. JIM RUNS THE PLACE. FOR SOME REASON THE OWNER LISTENS TO JIM, AND, JIM DOES NOT ALWAYS HAVE THE MOST ACCURATE TAKE ON THINGS. MY BATTIERIES WERE UNDER WARRANTY....TROJANS....BUT THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE THEM. THEY SAID I "OVER WATERED" THEM AND THAT THE CHARGER WAS NOT SET UP FOR TROJAN BATTERIES. I CONTACTED THE OWNER AND HE SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT SAID "WE WERE DRIVING THE CART TO MUCH AND IT FELL INTO THE EXCESSIVE MILEAGE CATAGORY." THATS WHY THE BATTERIES WORE OUT. I CONTACTED TROJAN . THEY REPLACED THE BATTERIES FREE OF CHARGE AND SENT A GUY OUT WITH THE NEW BATTERIES TO INSTALL THEM AND TAKE AWAY THE DEFECTIVE ONES....... EVERY THING IN THIS POSTING IS ACCURATE AND TO THE POINT. IT IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE SERVICE MANAGER AND THE OWNER.
