if i could give zero stars i would. came here because i had one good experience with a NP before but Dr Cohen saw me today and i’ve never had such horrible treatment from a doctor. he was in the room for less than 60 seconds and had the door open and was walking out while i was still asking him question. worst professionalism ever. i have had a fever for 15 days and he basically said, not much i can do. maybe it’s time for some blood work at your primary doc. he is clearly not spending any time with patients which means he’s not hearing patient concerns. absolute waste of a trip. also every time you wait it is no less than 30 minutes. waiting room, for someone to come in your room, for the doctor, for the test (that i had to request), for the results. whole experience, everything about it, negative stars. this entire staff should be ashamed.

I felt like I was being interrogated instead of being at a caring medical facility being seen by medical professionals. Dennis, MD was argumentative. The front desk staff was not very helpful. Every appointment was open on their calendar today compared to my other usual location in Winter Park. No one waiting in line when I walked in. Find someplace else to go, I strongly recommend the Winter Park location on Aloma with friendly people at the front desk and friendly Doctors.

Worst service in the world, bad experience ever. I'm not recommending this location that why was empty 👎 go to other place is going to be much better. 0% service wait to long for nothing was of my time go there 😡

Came in this morning for enlarged painful tonsils. The visit started off with just your run of the mill crazy, threading me in the line of the urgent care, followed by a 45 minute wait (I was 3 into the building) I finally got brought to the back, where not only was I rudely antagonized by the Doctor on the staff, but they did not even look at my tonsils and just prescribed me meds... This was a weird and wild experience DO NOT GO HERE!
