How many times did not get on 1-star review? Nothing has changed. Update: My son is in college and he was tested positive for COVID 5 days ago. However, he has a sinus problem. We think he has sinus infection. His doctor told him to go to Centra Care to get examined to get medication for after hours. However, the clerk (at the front desk) told us they do not accept patient with positive for COVID. That's AdventHeath policy. WOW, that's new to me. (8/27/22 at 3:30 PM) The health department should take away their permit.

I was seen by Chris (not sure if he’s an MD or NP) but he was cold, distant, unfriendly, and didn’t explain anything about my condition. He walked out, came back in with the discharge paper. I tried to discuss with him my eye condition and how serious it was/if I should see a specialist - he just said “uh ok” and opened the door for me to exit the room. He didn’t want to discuss my condition at all nor explain anything to me. He makes you feel like a bother. The only reason for the 2 stars is because the front desk staff were nice.

I had 2 positive home covid tests and tried to get a rapid lab test here with proof so I can change travel plans. $300 for the test. I said I needed test for travel but I guess I shoulda said something else. Either way, she wasn’t helpful. Continuing the fine tradition of Florida healthcare and excellent customer service

This is probably the worst place to go if you have a chest congestion or a cold. When the doctor came into the waiting room that I was in at this location and he kept 6 feet distance at all times even that he had a mask on, shield over his head and even they wouldn't take me in unless I had a negative covid testing results before this appointment. I did mentioned to this doctor that I had covid 2 months before this visit and that my chest haven't been cleared and that I still had chest congestion since then, all he did was check my throat with a little flash light from 6 feet away from me and didn't even checked my chest or nothing. Afterwards he prescribed me a heartburn medication and offered me to do another covid test. I was in shock on how they treated me and handled my situation at office, specifically I didn't had insurance and I had to pay out of pocket. This didn't feel right and ended up visit my regular doctor and he chest my chest and told me that I had chest congestion and he prescribed me the correct medication and matter of days a was back to normal. I did called and spoke to the manager from Dr Phillips location about this and she said I shouldn't be paying for this visit back on October of last year and after 6 months later I was getting billed, seriously?
