Dropped a star. When I came here, I went to go pick up my order that I got through the app. The should I used was dining pickup. Well, the dining was closed and being used fir storage. So I got back in my car and got in the drive thru. Wich had about 8 cars waiting. This why I always prefer the dining room. Also the grounds around the building are in a terrible state. Outside signage is bent broken and graphitied. It's like an apocalyptic version of your store. THe food was STILL TASTY THOUGH! even though it took nearly 25 mins to get.

The order was all wrong and $30.00 for nothing we even ordered! This really did get a me a bit 😡 angry and upset.

Super nice staff. I usually make my way to Jack in da Box around midnight - 2am and everytime the workers are patient, alert and accurate with my orders (truly). I only give 4 stars because once and a while the shake machine is down for it's daily cleaning and makes my tum tum sad. Besides that it's my top pick for late night munchies in good ol' Eureka 👍

Avoid this place if you value the sanctity of your toilet. Even if you don’t get the wrong food / cursed out for asking for the right order, you will be regretting your visit later that night. Trust me
