Most of the machines are broken, and a wash will cost you $4-$5.50. However, the driers are free so it evens out.

Dear Owner I have been doing my laundry at your store for years. It is so sad to see it going downhill. There are currently only 11 working dryers out of 23,15 front load washers working out of 26. No hot water either. Really? You are discouraging your clients from coming and you’re throughput revenue is diminished. Please do something.

Yes it doesn't look like much and many many machines don't work, but $4 to wash is reasonable especially when the dryers are free. The dryers lint filters aren't cleaned very often but they still work extremely well.
