Highly recommend Dr. Pallay and NP Erin Wilkins! They are both so kind. They took great care of me during my pregnancy with my daughter.

I am not a patient and have never been a patient, but I received 3 bills from RSFH OBGYN (2 of which were from labcorp but were sent from the RSFH OBGYN office) as well as the RESULTS of these blood tests (PHI) for another patient who's medical visit was somehow incorrectly billed under my name and DOB. RSFH has been entirely unhelpful in rectifying the situation and has given me the run around for the past 2 weeks. One customer service rep confirmed the name of the other patient (HIPAA VIOLATION!) but was unable to do anything and instead left a message for a "supervisor"-- this was 1 week ago. Still no updates. Still getting phone calls saying that I have a bill that is due when I am NOT even the patient who was seen. This billing/admin error is a NIGHTMARE, and no one at RSFH seems to be taking this seriously. I would NEVER use RSFH for any of my medical services based on this. The lack of professionalism in correcting their mistake and the inability to adhere to HIPAA / lack of safeguarding of private health information speaks volumes in regards to just how little they care about patients.

I’ve been with Partners OB/GYN for 10 years! Dr. Mclees was my provider and he was Awesome! Sadly he retired last year. I ended up switching to Dr. Pallay and she seemed to be a great fit. She delivered my daughter and it went smooth. I was having some issues with a birth control I started last year during my postpartum check up. I tried to give it a chance but it was just not working for me and causing issues that no woman would want to deal with. I called and they got me scheduled to come in on yesterday. I’ve been dealing with this office for a decade and yesterday truly blew me. I checked in by phone and immediately went inside because it can be hit or miss with them calling to tell you to come up. They will cancel your appointment although they didn’t do their part. I didn’t want to miss my appointment.I arrived inside and gave my information. I was informed that they’d have to check to see if Dr. Pallay would still see me. In my mind I’m like what do you mean? Why wouldn’t she see me and this is the appointment I was given. The young lady came back and informed me that I wouldn’t be able to get seen because Dr. Pallay had to leave. First off someone could have called me and informed me of this prior to me wasting my gas to come all the way to west Ashley. It was clear what my issue was and if she had to leave and I was already there why wasn’t another provider in the office notified so that my concerns could still be addressed. I felt that this was totally unacceptable. As I said dealing with Dr. Mclees he would never and especially not notify me or have a back up in place. The cherry on top was Dr. Pallay exiting and looking me directly in my eye and not saying a word. My needs were of no value. I was just a patient who didn’t matter and could just be brushed off. The young lady made an attempt to see if another provider could see me but couldn’t find anyone. I have another appointment scheduled but I will be searching for another ob/gyn office. If your provider doesn’t care you certainly have to find one that will. I’m so disappointed. Dr. Mclees was a Rare Jewel and he is certainly missed!!

First I want to say that all the ladies working here are super nice, sweet and patient. The hospital is just not truthful about bills upfront and does not inform you about future bills. I think workers should be taught to inform patients of ALL expected bills. I come to my appointment to find out they don't take my specific insurance (I did not elaborate which insurance since I didn't know there were different categories.) I was told it was going to be this amount X for out of pocket for the appointment by the front desk, so I paid it because I was there already, BUT I was not informed of extra lab charges I would be getting which was a LARGE amount that I was billed later from the lab. INSANE! This is my first time going to a gynecologists and using my insurance so I wasn't aware or told lab would be separate. Then I receive another bill from Roper for $30?? Why wasn't I just told to pay it all at the office?? Why was I not told at all about this extra charge?? I am FRUSTRATED. If I was made aware of extra charges other than the visit out of pocket, I would have just gone elsewhere if they were upfront about it. Now I just paid $500 for AN ANNUAL CHECK UP, that I would have gotten elsewhere who takes my insurance, FOR WAY WAY LESS. They keep things from you and keep billing info from you and it is terrible of them. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL about charges.
