This place was amazing! We were only in town for a wedding, and were in a pinch with getting bridesmaid dresses and tuxedos pressed. They were way too kind to us and got it to us the next day so we had time to enjoy the wedding festivities and not stress. So recommend them!

Items are cleaned and pressed, the collar of two blouses did NOT get ironed properly, finished ahead of schedule. Edit: Second set of items picked up and the blouses are ironed wrong. I had an evening gown that I was sure would not come clean. The train of the gown dragged across the floors all night so it was pretty bad.. but low and behold a week later the dress is as good as new! Y’all saved the day!

I encourage you to read all of the negative reviews before doing business with this company. Brian is extremely unprofessional. I tried to speak with him on the phone to notify him that he wrongly accused a customer of lying when Brian replied to my review in which he very wrongly believed me to be another customer. Brian hung up the phone instead of listening to me explain the situation so he could correct yet another one of his many errors. I wouldn't waiste your time with these clowns!
Brian likes to place blame on others whenever possible. He responded to my feedback by addressing me with the name of a different customer who left a suit with him for same-day service. I never left a suit with Brian, and I wasn't even there on the same day as the customer with the suit, but genius Brian used the video and audio from his conversation to publically defend himself. Sad part is that Brian listened to a conversation on the wrong day with the wrong customer. Brian should rename his business to something more fitting!
Whatever you do, make sure to get the quote in writing from Brian.
