Brian likes to place blame on others whenever possible. He responded to my feedback by addressing me with the name of a different customer who left a suit with him for same-day service. I never left a suit with Brian, and I wasn't even there on the same day as the customer with the suit, but genius Brian used the video and audio from his conversation to publically defend himself. Sad part is that Brian listened to a conversation on the wrong day with the wrong customer. Brian should rename his business to something more fitting!
Hi Mr. Scott! We did not change our hours...it appears our lovely morning Customer Service Representative did not show up until (looking at my cameras now) 7:27am. I am SO sorry for the inconvenience! And of course will have a talk with her about not even letting me know she would be late; I could have easily made sure to be there to open.
