Clam chowder was delicious! The tuna melt was very good! Looking around at the other people's plates, everything looked appetizing! My wife ordered the breakfast quesadilla, it was also delicious and huge!! A definite recommend if you're in the area and hungry!!

Love the ambience and food. Service is little slow but I can understand as it was long weekend and lots of tourists were there. They also have cute souvenir and t-shirts. Don't forget to check them while you wait for your table

Yummy fresh food and great service. Our waitress (sorry can’t remember her name) was friendly and so attentive. Both her and the hostess who seated us were knowledgeable about the menu and did a wonderful job explaining the specials. We were offered tastes of the wine before deciding which to order which was so appreciated. The market price of a few of the specials were much too pricey… $32 for a french fry appetizer! Even with crab, that’s crazy. The salmon special was perfectly prepared, but also was $32… seemed excessive. The prices are my reason for the 4/5. The food was excellent. I have to add that the large signage about masks and hand sanitizing is over the top. Requiring masks to walk in/out but when you sit down it’s suddenly ok to immediately take them off is ridiculous. It seems that COVID is only a risk when you’re standing or walking but not sitting? How does this make sense to anyone? Perhaps this is a Humboldt county requirement and not specific to this restaurant (we don’t live locally) however establishments need to start questioning the stupidity of this policy if they want to remain open.

Nice little place in Trinidad. My favorite was the Fanny bay oysters! The clam chowder (full order one , not the side that comes with the meal) was great in a bread bowl. (Good amount of clams). The linguine was too spicy. Scallops were perfectly cook, maybe just a little too much cooking wine in it.

You would probably do better at the restaurant at the end of the pier. Costy but good. Trinidad eatry is my fave..food is always yummy...has more interesting selection to me...and you can sample free pieces of fudge in its store💓
