I am so glad we didn't end up moving here - between the reviews and the customer service (or lack thereof) I am glad our app was rejected. I have no idea why we were rejected from this dump (thank god because we were accepted and moved into a WAYYYYY nicer residence) but in either case - we are still waiting on the refund of the app fee since June. I was told 2 different dates that the check was mailed so I am not sure what to believe and then we were blamed for the missing check because we moved. I had everything forwarded so there is no reason why we would not have received the refund *IF* it was really sent. Now I try to follow-up on the 2nd check and it's crickets. Avoid this place - it's old and out of date anyway. **Update** We finally received the refund after 2 months but it was not easy. If you want your refund - you need to push for it yourself or you'll never get it.

Looking for the correct apartment is not easy. On Thursday I was a little confused on how to get to the main office and when I called gisele answered the phone and directed me to the right way. When I got to the office she assisted me with all the questions and gave me a tour of the apartment by the way it’s super clean. That’s a plus. She was so helpful literally made my experience stress-free. Thank you so much gisele. 5 star ⭐️ place.

The lowes payment a month is around $906 + Water I pay around $1,125. I really like this place, what I don't like is the water company.... So just a "heads Up" with that 🤔
No they installed gates but havent worked in months. They tell you theyre gpnna work and a year later theyre not operational

Too much. Water is typically about 20-30 but including sewage its about 135$ for a 2 bedroom and about 90$ for a one bedroom. FPL is anywhere from 90-120$
Anywhere from an estimated 1000 to 1400 a month.depending on the unit and size. Call the leasing office and speak to Ashley shes wonderful. Also it's a great place to stay at.
Depends on the unit. Some have a storage closet on the back patio. Other units like mine which is a loft style apartment has two floors and storage space under the stairs.
We do have openings. We don't have Low Income programs.
I’m sorry no one has answered you. Yes you can come home but, fair warning a few of our outdoor amenities are in bad shape and are needing maintenance.
