The room was clean, Kira helped me at the front desk and helped us with a minor problem and gave us amazing customer service with resolving the issue. She was dealing with another guest that was being rude and she was still professional when dealing with them. I travel often and have started working in the area. I'll definitely be staying here again a lot. It was a great price for a great room.

Check in was easy and quick. Room was spacious. Gave us a suite even though we didn't pay for a suite, kids loved it. Room for the most part were clean. I know not standard procedure for hotel the change or wash curtains but they were dirty and should have been.

Jan, the girl at the desk was so kind and helpful. She gave us a discount because we were traveling. They gave us the room for 2 days since we checked in so late. My dog was welcomed free of charge as well. Will definitely stay here. It’s clean, the rooms are huge, amazing pillows and blankets.

I have stayed at this motel when covid hit and it was a nice place to stay for the price. But it has become a dump. My bedding had cigarette holes in the covers on both bed. The floor was dirty, they left used towels in the bath tube, I left to go to Walmart cause we needed stuff for my daughter who is 3 and a half months old and my wife called scary because some one came and banged on her door twice when I was away cause my daughter was crying as you can hear kids running up and down the hallway which I feel is unacceptable. Also a guy had his room broken into when he went out side and he came back to everything stolen from his room. Motel staff said they are not responsible even though the person broke into his room not his car but his hotel room. Check in was supposed to be at 3 ended up having to come back closer to 430 and I got the last room that was the style I reserved. So if your single it's a risky stay if your with family find somewhere else.
