I drove 30 minutes to this location and attempted to do an online return exchange here only to be told that I would need to go to the actual store in SLC to make my return. It does not make sense to me that I cannot make in-store returns despite their policy online stating that I can make returns at factory outlet stores. It's apparently because this location is a "discount store" despite being under the same brand. However, when I got to SLC, they refused my online return as well because it was a "third-party" item. Understand your policies better.

The King of Cats

I had both of the security tags still on my suit when I got home. I'm not going to be shopping here again I payed tons for this suit just to find two security tags the day I needed the suit.

I always love shopping at Express. They touch the right notes between business formal, street wear, and every day comfort ware. I always know I'm going to be looking good when I leave. I hope this one sticks around, I was sorry to see the Express down int the University Mall in Orem disappear.

My wife and I went in looking for a suit for me. Maddie(spelling) was awesome! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful! You need to staff every Express store with people like her! She treated everyone we saw the same way! Thanks again!
