The low rating isn’t for the store I think they have a good amount of clothing for good price. This rating is for a manager or an associate not to sure but she had the worst attitude with customers including me. As a former Ross employee I understand the frustration of people walking in close to closing time (my mom sisters and I walked in at 11 they close at 12) but there is a way to go about your frustration and she did not do it the right way. I don’t normally leave reviews but the way that she treated not only me but other customers irked me. She was complaining loudly when someone walked in so we could hear her she was slamming things into places as she put them away. To add on to that I’m not the only person who was complaining about it. A man actually went up to her and told her that she didn’t need to act that way. I think if you cannot handle what comes with working retail then you should not work it because like I said there is a way to go about things and she didn’t do it the right way and maybe it was an off day for her but for other people to complain as they’re shopping says a lot. Bad day or not I hope she feels bad for how she treated people.

I would make this 5 stars if it wasn't for the manager. There was an employee named Jenna who was very nice and helpful who was our cashier. And as we went to start to buy our items the manager, she didn't have a name tag. She was tall with long brown wavy hair. She was scolding Jenna for somthing that had happened before we arrived. You could tell Jenna was embarrassed and then she started to cry due to her managers actions. My sister and I let Jenna know she's okay and we told her she should get a new job because we know that no one should be treated that way. The manager could hear us and she started acting friendly and asked Jenna if she was ok. I have worked retail, fast food, and I have been a manager in a couple places and I know you should NEVER treat an employee with such disrespect. I hope Jenna has a better day and that the manager will treat her employees better. Jenna you rock! 💓

I love Ross. The clothes there a nice and they always find something that I like. The prices are decent also. You can find some really good deals here. For example, my last visit I found some burgundy/maroon doc martens for 60. I looked on line and they go for 150+. They weren't my size but if they were I would have purchased them
