My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and after the change of management we have zero complaints! The neighborhood is quiet and clean, neighbors are friendly, the complex itself is on the smaller side so most of the tenants tend to stay for a good amount of time, and lastly the new property manager Lenor is awesome! He’s easy to get in touch with, very friendly and understanding of any needs or concerns you might have. I 100% recommend Seville apartments to anyone looking for a place to live.

Great place to live. As a 23 year old single guy, this place is everything I wanted in a first apartment of my own. Great location, great value, clean and well managed, comfortable, safe, and kind neighbors who are in the 20s-30s age range. I lived in several different apartments during my college years and Lenor is the best property manager I've worked with. Lenor is the reason I signed here and the reason I will continue to live here for the foreseeable future.

Yup, but it's under their reality company. Go to QTpropertymanagement.com and select Florida rentals. Be careful tho it's a bit tricky because you need to have a general idea of the unit/building address. This is because there is a separate complex with a different name one street over but it's lumped together under the same company and the only distinction is the address really. It can be very frustrating to get the two mixed up. Seville has units A through E.
I asked the same Sect.8 question as my best friend would love to move here, but Lenor said: "as of right now, they do not accept Sect.8 Housing." Sorry guys, I wish they did too!! And as far as RENT: and I'm TOTALLY guessing ""#here, PLEASE DON'T QUOTE ME!! LOL!! U really should CALL Leonard at the Leasing Office at #239-218-5952. 1bdrm-approx. w/out Utilities. 5-$600?? /mo. 2bdrm- (And I know for mine, which is a lower level, it runs close to $1100/mo.) As far as I know there are no furnished apartments at this location.
When we moved in it was 930 a month, water included. Deposit depends on credit score.
