I recently toured this community with my daughter and we fell in love! We toured most of the newer communities in the fort myers area and none of them compared Vive! From the staff to the extremely spacious one bedrooms we loved it! Mt daughter can not wait to move-in!

This is our first time living in an apartment complex and the experience has been great so far. We have only been here a few days but the apartment is beautiful. There were some kinks with minor things but the maintenance repairman got them fixed right away! The package locker is great, the Vive Resident Portal has been so useful, it is a quiet and friendly community, and the ladies in the leasing office have been so helpful throughout this whole process. They were patient and friendly answering all the questions I had. We are looking forward to enjoying our stay here.

If ever you get the chance to work with Tiffany, I’m positive you will be in great hands. I was planning a move from another state to Florida and although I didn’t go with Encore, it was an extreme pleasure communicating with Tiffany. She responded quickly to my emails and was always so helpful even over the phone. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is due to the prices; which isn’t Tiffany’s fault.
