I originally wrote a very positive review and after living here for a month and a half...things are not as great as they look on paper. There is no ethernet port in the second bedroom (where my home office was supposed to be) so I have to work from home from my own bedroom. I've been told they'll follow up with IT on "possibly" installing an ethernet port with no response back after following up multiple times. Wi-Fi goes in and out a lot. The fountain in the lake has been broken for a month. The pool has been closed for going on the 6th or 7th day due to pool deck repairs. Very frustrating for someone that moved over 1200 miles to live in this "luxury community". I have had the BEST experience with The Oasis at Cypress Woods! I am moving from New Hampshire, and it is a big decision to move cross country! I worked with Peggy and she was SO friendly, personable, professional, and helpful on the tour! She helped me find the perfect floor plan (with a balcony), discussed all the necessary monthly costs and pet fees, and was helpful and communicative through the application process. You can tell a lot about the property from their staff...and Peggy was part of the reason I chose to move here! Me and my french bulldog can't wait to move in!

I recently moved out only because I had to leave the city due to work, but overall I enjoyed my time here. Emily is truly the best thing about this entire property, she is the nicest person I have ever met. Reason this isn't 5 stars is because the internet went out multiple times and sometimes it was for several hours. You have to get internet through the complex so you are just kind of stuck when it does go out. Other than that, this is a very nice property with great amenities.

We just moved in to our apartment and had an amazing experience doing so. When we scheduled a tour the office was quick to get us in. The leasing manager Madison was extremely helpful at answering all of our questions and getting us an apartment in a timely manner and a move in date that worked for us. She answered the phone and got back to us about any concerns super quickly. Overall a great experience and super happy with the look and state of the apartments.

There was nothing like living at oasis cypress woods! I would recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay in southwest Florida!

I don't know about regular golf, but there is top golf right down the road.
The closest movie theater is Luxe 8 Flix. Nearest beach is Ft. Myers Beach.
Hi Kyle, We would consider all of our amenities the best! We offer a 24-hour amenity center that has a state-of-the-art Game Room, Conference Room, Computer Center, and a Fitness Center. In the Fitness Center residents are provided yoga matts, blocks, and towels to use while enjoying the multiple treadmills, stair climber, leg press and free weights that range from 5-60lbs! Our outdoor amenities include a screened in Patio, that features a ping-pong table, giant connect four, and a lounge area with a TV. In our Pool area, we have a beach entry, salt-water pool. There are hammocks, lounge chairs and day beds to relax by the poolside. Along with our Summer Kitchen that has two gas grills available for residents to enjoy, with a cornhole green and giant chess set. The closest carwash is just around 5 minutes away but in the near future there will be a Snappy Car Wash just around the corner as it is currently under construction.
