I only needed a flush valve change, aztec came out spent 15 minutes trying to sell me their toilets, next they gave me an estimate of $550. 00 to change the flush valve. I said thank you , but no, bye bye. I went to ace bought the flush valve, took off the tank and put in the new valve. In total the price was $25 dollars and 20 minutes to do, and im a 56 year old woman. Aztec are the biggest rip-offs, do not do business with them, unless money is no object. If i could give them a 0 i would.

I called and asked for a quote after a friend of mine was charged $680 for 30mins just to have his dual valve replaced.They told me they don't have the price sheet in the office but their "expert" does and will come out to give an estimate. So basically they will literally charge you whatever they want
