Never showed for 1st appt. After waiting all day. Received,. text that l was rescheduled 2 weeks out. A&E has no way to reach a person all you can do is schedule online! Tech came out two weeks later but dishwasher is still not fixed.

My Samsung dryer broke a month ago. I made an appointment with a Sears technician and was called on the day of my appointment and asked that I reschedule due to the technician being sick. I understood and was rescheduled for another week. Yesterday was my rescheduled appointment. The window was 1-5pm. I waited all day only to have an automated call from Sears at 4:30pm asking me to reschedule AGAIN and the appointment is for another 2 weeks out. I will have to find someone else to fix my dryer. Don't waste your time with Sears and just find someone local. This is a joke.

So far great. Experienced technician. Will know more when parts arrive. Be prepared for a reschedule of initial appointment. Appointments seem to be made thru 2 segments of the company. This is the reason for 4 stars at this time. Hopefully I am reconnected when repair is completed for final judgment. Also note that even though the parts on the sealed system, the labor is not. Sears Elite French door manufactured by LG. If I had bought an LG Fridge, labor would have been covered.
