this place sucks. came in two separate times to get blood work done and the first visit, the phlebotomist never called me back. I waited for 30 mins before i had to leave for work. i am here for a second time and i had an appt at 9:30 but had to wait over 30 minutes AGAIN to get blood work done. what’s the point of scheduling appts if you guys are always running behind🤷🏻‍♀️Front desk ladies are rude and always put you on hold for unnecessarily long. I have yet to be put on hold for less than 15 mins. And i’ve been going here for YEARS

Absolutely the worst experience. Please avoid this clinic. Mother in law who is 77 and asthmatic tested positive for Covid. They would not see her even though telemedicine to have her get a referral for a viral infusion that is needed for treatment at the hospital. I asked if they could please fit her in and absolutely refused !! Losing a patient

Had blood work done for check up, said blood sugar is a little high make sure to monitor it. Call back to ask for a script for testing supplies because OTC are expensive. I was told I need to schedule another appointment to have them talk to me about monitoring the blood sugar before they will write it! So I need to pay another visit to be told the same thing I was already told before they will write a script! I asked how else would you want me to monitor my blood without the testing supplies? She said there are other ways ! Lol then she said this is a requirement from your insurance! Which is BS I called and verified that no md appointment was needed just to talk about blood sugar testing supplies prior to covering them!
