Brenda Harding, Wendy and the rest of her Premier Health staff are priceless. I don't feel like I am going to the dr which I use to dread before finding her. I have a patient of hers for many years now. I can't say enough about how the staff make you feel like family when you visit. Medically, Brenda has taken wonderful care of me and my family. Everything medically that I have presented to her is discussed and researched during my visits to make sure that I always receive top notch care. I highly recommend Premier Health.

Terrible and likely illegal records policy. Refused to provide me with my own medical records (including critical test results) unless I signed a HIPPA release. As the patient, I am entitled to the records and results without having to sign a release. Even after I signed the release, provider refused to email me the test results per my directions. It took over a month for the provider to make my records available, but I had to pick them up in person. Once I went to pick them up, my "all records for last 2 years" request contained only a single document. To get the rest of my medical records, I was going to have wait another month or so and come back to the office pick them up. It should not be this difficult to get your own medical records and critical test results. I sure hope for the provider's sake that their failure to timely provide me with my own records does not affect by medical health. The reply below is factually incorrect. I made the request for my records weeks before the release was signed. I only signed the release after the provider withheld my records for no reason and demanded I sign a release for my own records (the HIPPA form they provided does not even have an option to release to the patient because such form is not necessary for that purpose). The release is not necessary, and the alleged reason for it is spurious. I initially asked for the records in a response to a phone call from the provider to me wherein the provider appropriately disclosed some HIPPA-protected information. If my identity was in doubt, then such disclosure was improper according to the provider. Moreover, there are less cumbersome means to verify identity (also, the form is not helpful for that purpose because it just requires a signature not proof of identity). Also, I specifically and repeatedly requested delivery of the documents to the email address on record with the provider. This was done by phone multiple times and in the cover email transmitting the release. Finally, the request clearly indicated that I wanted all records for the last two years, including the test results. However, even if it was limited to the test results, not all test results were provided. I still do not have the records I requested. This review could have been avoided had the provider engaged in a discussion instead of dismissing my valid concerns by saying "it's our policy." You can't hide behind improper policies.

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment for my son. They changed the time without confirming it was ok with me, just sent a text. Then sent a text the day before asking to text personal Medical information to the number. I did not feel comfortable doing that. They called the morning of the appointment and cancelled the appointment due to not texting the medical information. Very impersonal to not pick up the phone for information they require before an appointment. I had taken off work for this appointment, they obviously believe their time is worth more than yours.

Very happy so far with my experience here. They are a smaller practice without all the bells and whistles, but you will get personalized and compassionate care here. I saw Laurie Bell and she is knowledgeable and listened to my long list of concerns and started me on a treatment plan to address my issues. What I love most is this office doesn’t feel like a cold, medical practice where you feel like a number. Massage treatment here is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
