Doctor Amber ROCKS. Best Doc I've been to in many years. She is real no BS and she cares.

The cruelty of Queen Creek Health Center's staff, their willful lack of action, their apathy when someone is in pain is stunning. All they had to do was their job. You know, that thing they are paid to do. Referrals never should have been this hard to get them to do or taken this long. Take your health elsewhere, you will lose it waiting on QCHC.

Avoid this place at all cost. They abandon their patients and neglect to provide safe medical practices on the verge of malpractice. I was a new patient here at which time the doctor decided to change my medication that I had been on for several years successfully. I had a 2 week follow up and advised the doctor that my blood pressure was not being controlled with the new medication. I was advised to wait another 2 weeks and if my pressure was still high, call in and request old script to be sent in. I have left 5 messages with the doctors assistant with no call back. I left a message with the office request the manager to call to assist my situation, nothing. Basically they have abandoned me as a patient and have put me in a critical health situation that has the potential of serious effects. I you love your self and loved ones, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR HELATH AND SAFETY.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here , I love amber and the staff is super nice but today just left a bad taste in my mouth. I called asking if they offer same day sick appointments for my son who had asthma and is having issues breathing. The receptionist asked what my insurance was and then said nope we don’t. So what’s the point of a pcp if I can’t bring my kids in when they’re sick and need to be looked at? Now Im scrounging around trying to find an urgent care to take him too because I can’t get him in with our established dr. Pretty annoyed.

Yes, they *accept* Medicare and Medicaid. Especially mercy care.
