I recently purchased a 20 year old home that I knew needed 2 new A/C units and new ductwork. Having used Home Tech in the past for my prior home, I called Matt McConnell who was my Service Tech at my previous home. Matt came out the next day and conducted a thorough review of my system. He reviewed his findings with me and we proceeded to schedule the install. To my amazement, he scheduled it for the following week. He ensured that lead tech Tyler E. #475 was the lead installer who had also installed the units at my previous home. Down to business and extremely hard worker. Since I knew both of these gentlemen previously, I knew I was in good hands. Assistant Tech Craig N #1047 was awesome. Courteous, friendly and also a very hard worker. Matt M. stopped by to help on 2 days of the install and thoroughly answered all my questions. Extremely knowledgeable with a very friendly personality. I was in very good hands with this crew. Highly recommend this team. What an awesome experience.

Good afternoon! We offer repair coverage for the pool heat pump as an option to the Silver Service Agreement, but not replacement.
Home-Tech can do your washer repair and if you get into one of their service agreements when the technician is there they will discount the service call fee. If you want a quote for one their agreements just call them or you can get a quote at www.home-tech.com/quote. Hope this helps!

Hi Becky - Home-Tech repairs all the different kinds of appliances including refrigerators. Call (800) 800 -8356 and talk to customer service. They will get you on the schedule and explain the charges.

The Home-Tech management staff is available to hear complaints and help with resolution.
Be sure and shop around for home warranties. Home Tech has good repair employees but their labor cost are off the chart. Even as a member the service charge is $99 to come for a repair. That is for 15 minute assessment. After that the maintenance charge is $35 every 15 minute of work. I just paid $262 to have a water turn off valve replaced that took 25 min of their time. Outrageous cost and IM a Home Tech customer. They are not in the recommended group of Home warranty providers. I’m shopping for a new provider.
