I think there has been a mix up on your end for online ordering and that’s understandable. Error does happen and we tried to make it right to the best of our ability since it was not even our blame to take. You should be ordering —Tofu Pad see ew ( description: Tofu Pan fried with fresh rice noodles , eggs, broccoli, carrots, baby corn in dark sweet sauce.) but instead you ordered the vegetable Pad see eew ( which only comes with assorted veggies and no fried tofu). That’s what I was trying to explain to you when I came out from the kitchen. Tofu pad see eew comes with goodies that you want. Knowing that ordering error does happen online on the user part, I ended up adding tofu into the dish for you absolutely free of charge. Just to show you that you did order the wrong thing we have a screen shot of the online order to let you know that you really did order the vegetable Pad see eew. So Best bet is to order through the phone next time and explain that you want the Tofu pad see eew ( which already comes with 3 types of veggies). If you order vegetable pad see eew you get 5 types of veggies not including tofu. Hopefully that clarifies the mix up. I am willing to give you a credit for free Pad see eew tofu on the house. Reply to Reply--Sherry Fyi-those Tofu were fried fresh per specific order. But it just needed to be cooked and activated with the noodles all together from the start to have the sauce go into the tofu. Like I said, We did the best to our ability with the situation at hand and It could of been avoided if the order was placed correctly at the beginning. This also wasn't mention also---> I was told by the front staff that you did not intend to pay since you did not get the correct order (with tofu) which could of been relayed by my staff incorrectly? Especially if Knowing that it was you, I would of made you a new one, no questions asked. I also in the past enjoyed interacting with you too Sherry. I’m sure the owner and staff are trying their best, but this place is definitely a 1-2 star restaurant as is.
