I thought all hope was lost in my financial straights after dealing with some hardships and i finally received a check to help with that from my own retirement to even things out and was met with despair. Recently there were issues from the institution that cut my check and it seemed like I wasn't going to get the help I needed today. I spoke with many from different branches to see what we could do but still no good news. Then I came to home office and had the luck of being helped by Mr. Phillip. I explained my situation and the issues presented and this guy said no problem let me see how I can help! Not only did he go through due diligence to help with verification but he helped me receive the financial help I needed!!!! Definitely by far the best customer service I have received from SE in the years I have been with this institution. There is doing a job and then there is above and beyond, today Mr. Phillip achieved the moon in helping me resolve my issues. Thank you so much!

Terrible customer serivce. I got locked out of my banking account and the lady was rude. She told me I would have to come in to the branch to unlock my account. What??? What happened to getting temporary passwords and then changing it? This credit union has gone done tremendously!! Update!!! Mr. Mitchell (the branch manager) called me and tried to assist me and my father in trying to get back into the account! He was very nice as well as the lady assisting him. Hopefully we can get back into our account.

When changing your PIN number you will select the change PIN prompt. It will then ask you to enter a new PIN and then reenter the new PIN just set. The ATM should never ask for your member number.
Once an application has been submitted you are not able to access it again. I will have someone contact you for the information.
