You’d think for what they charge it’d be immaculate. They need to make some updates to amenities and security. Pool has ripped chairs and broken umbrellas. I’ve heard maybe they’re adding more amenities, but none of that has happened. Gym is ok, treadmills lag, worn out equipment. Security - similar complexes have gates or other measures, not this one. Trash everywhere, esp. on the weekends. I would shop around before signing here.

I have lived at Estero Oaks Luxury Apartments for 5 years now. I want to take this opportunity to give the highest praises to Henry and his administrative staff for raising the level of management FAR above those demonstrated by previous management. They bend over backwards to communicate with the tenants, and have raised the quality of living here at Estero Oaks Luxury Apartments. I would also like to praise Clay and the maintenance staff, they are quick to answer maintenance requests, and do it correctly the first time. The current management have certainly made living here the BEST

I am a current (new) resident of Estero Oaks. I was blown away by this community since the original walkthrough I had with Taylor Lopez. She was very attentive with me every step of the way and was extremely informative, cheerful, and professional while giving me and my colleagues a tour. I have very much enjoyed living here thus far - also, the maintenance team has a quick turn around and shows that they truly care about your experience while living here. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family - and I have! Thank you to the entire Estero Oaks Staff & Taylor Lopez! :)
