If there was a 0 star, that will be the one I would choose. I recently moved here, not even a month. My unit was given to me with no A/C and it took then 2 weeks to get it resolved. This week I was visited by discussing rats, they ate all the food in my pantry. Freshly purchased groceries. Food is expensive right now and I lost over $100 worth in groceries. Office staff was not even able to offer us a voucher for the damages or any discount on the rent. This is not Graystar standars compared with their sister Decorum apartments. I am looking forward to move from here as soon my lease ends. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A APARTMENT, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

New property management company is terrible, there are rats and mice in the buildings and no one ever responds to requests. you get what u pay for here boys and girls

If I could give it a 0 I would. Stay FAR FAR AWAY. Took months and months to get my AC fixed and a new unit. Took over a year to get my bath tub unclogged and crack fixed and now I have MICE/RATS in my apartment and talking to a few residents it’s also in their apartment as well. All B buildings! I regret re signing my lease and it’s only because they lied to me and wouldn’t give me a two bedroom apartment that I applied for and got approved for at the price agreed. They also let me know they broke the law by not sending me my lease in time to sign. This place does not care about you, only money. I have a son and now I can’t sleep at night because I’ve found mice droppings next to him play pen!! This is ridiculous

I had a great experience with the property staff. The Greystar team in place here have really elevated the place since new ownership took over. They helped me tour a 2 Br 1.5 bath set up and I am likely to tour. I like that they recently did a bunch of landscaping. They tell me that there is going to be a new pool area layout in the future with an enhanced clubhouse, which I am looking forward to seeing.
