We need a negative rating too!! This IHOP was disappointing at best!! Ordered 2 steak tips, pancakes — they were burnt!! I mean seriously!! Do you just do this bc it’s a to go order?? Why wouldn’t the cook just make more instead of ruining a lifetime customers experience of getting great breakfast food!! It’s ridiculous— how do you burn pancakes and serve them to your customer??!! Disappointed customer!!
