Positive: The staff is very friendly and allowed us to check in a few minutes early. The hotel is convenient to everything we wanted to do in Hagerstown and the breakfast is very nice. We have stayed here before and will do so again. Negative: Wish the gym would reopen.

Location fit our need well. Rooms served our purpose, Maybe a little dated. The front desk person very nice. The question was better judgment in room picking. Hotel looked half full. The room that was chosen for us... was an ice machine directly next to our door. Room 115. Please no response of we could asked for another room... could made it right as we checked in. After you know the rooms everyday.

Positive: the hotel was located by a variety of dinning and shopping venues. Negative: the room did not have adequate bedding or towels. The hotel employees had attitudes and were not helpful. I also don't know why the pool and gym were closed.

All the staff I had interactions with were great. They're very friendly and accommodating. The rooms themselves were clean enough, and spacious. Bed was comfortable. The reason I knock off stars is because of the hotel management. There is no full breakfast, pool, or fitness area available currently due to "covid". Every other hotel in the area has all their amenities open. It's also not listed on their website that this is the case, so anyone who ends up staying here expecting the amenities is in for a disappointment. Another thing to mention is that some rooms still have AC units from the 80s. They're very loud. The hotel has the new units boxed up(they're on the third floor) but they're waiting for the old ones to go. Extremely cheap management for a mid-high price hotel.
