I stayed at this hotel near the beginning of 2022. I payed with a cash deposit to a man who is bald tall white and thicker in size wearing glasses. Under agreement I understood that if I left the room destroyed or anyway messed up I would not be getting my deposit back. This being said I left the next day after breakfast and wishing another employee a good day. In my conversation with the man who took my money. We spoke on how my money would be returned to me. Via mail and receipt on my gmail. The problem is he never asked me for my information aside my ID for proof of age. I give a call to the inn to inform them of my situation on how I never gave them my information to get a receipt and the man over the phone takes my Gmail for me so I can receive such. I am now three months overdue a online receipt and have yet to receive my deposit nor a reason why I wouldn’t have my money returned to me. I highly believe this was personal discrimination from the elder gentleman because of my age. I’ve tried to take actions aside from legal because the only proof of me being in this hotel is a singular mirror picture

The hotel was very warm and inviting. The rooms are spacious and clean. Our room was located on the back towards the Interstate. We did not hear road noise. The only downfall of our stay was the breakfast. Nearly everything was empty and not set up to handle the amount of Guests.

Hotel was located in a mall parking lot which had stores and restaurants that were walkable. Nearby Target was a plus to stock up on necessities. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfy and the TV was adequate. The room had a mini fridge and microwave which was a nice plus. The noise from the nearby highway was loud. Rooms facing the back of the hotel were definitely louder, but the sound was noticeable in the front as well. They had free breakfast in the AM, but very limited selection. Cereal, oatmeal, eggs, some fruit. The same every morning.

Rooms are nice, clean. Check in was a little problematic. Breakfast was not so good. 6-9 but they started cleaning it up at 8:52. Even worse they didn’t stock it so they wouldn’t have as much to clean I’m guessing. I got there at 8:20 and there were two yoghurts, only two milks and some low fat. The worst part was the woman ran a cart at me and made me jump out of the way or I would have got run over. Never seen such rudeness! Pool and hot tub were out of order a sign said. Just saw a review from two months ago that the pool and hot tub were not available and they stated that it’s supposedly been out of order for months. Go some place else! There’s others right around here!
