The room not been vacuumed. That was clear. The walls were not clean and speckled with various splatter. The hotel seemed to be clearly understaffed. That said, the front desk and cleaning staff were extremely courteous and helpful despite the stresses I believe they were under. I think it is reasonable to expect that the rooms will be vacuumed prior to being occupied between visitors. That not being done is a bit problematic for future bookings.

We like staying at Sleep Inn Hotels. Nice rooms and friendly services. This hotel looks like it's getting worn down a bit. The hallway carpets could use a good shampoo or replacement. Elevator was dirty and exterior entrance had cigarette butts all over. Hopefully this is probably due to staffing issues. The man handling breakfast was extremely polite and had great customer service!!! He actually asked how our stay was! Not the 2 women at the front desk. That means a lot to me.

The staff are wonderful and very personable. Breakfast is always wonderful and they have a heated pool. The rooms aren’t always deep cleaned but you’re getting a safe, inviting environment for at perfect price. I can highly recommend.
