My laptop had a boot issue due to the intermittent detection of the system SSD. Diagnosis took ~24 hours, and SSD replacement and windows installment took 2 more days, with $50 rush fee. Unexpectedly, all data were lost. I would recommend you to export and save all the data before repair, even if the issue is minor.

I am someone who is usually skeptical when using a service for the first time and always assumes the worst. I'm also someone who doesn't really write reviews, unless I really feel the need to. I'm usually impatient, and I needed to "fix/deep clean" my computer before Monday since I work from home, they were understandably timely, kept up with my somewhat impatient attitude. I was also worried because this was the first time I trusted an outside party to handle my $2,500 rig without being there in person as I used their free pick-up/delivery service. They didn't pick up the phone but I read from previous reviews that their phone service was a little messed up so I understood my phone calls wouldn't be answered 100%. I used their service during the weekend, so I was not able to check up on my rig in their office since the physical office was closed, which further fueled my skepticism and impatience to an extent, understandably so. I recommend you call right when they open, as I had the highest chance of getting answered during the morning. Overall I am satisfied, and since I know what/how they operate, I'll come back here when needed. If you guys use their service during the weekend, expect to not be able to enter their physical office and rely solely on phone calls/emails.
