Awesome community. Crane runs the shop like a complete boss. Personal training with Joshua and Brandon, classes with Suli…incredible to be learning from people like them. Classes are intense, varied, will push you to your limits. Next day, you’re gonna know you did a workout.

Don’t understand why there are so many 5stars. This place is just for people who want to lose weight. Although coaches are really nice and friendly, they don’t care about your technique. You won’t get good at boxing no matter how long you attend.
