I've not seen it with a functioning fountain. But it's a nice piece right now.

If you have not been, I recommend you stop by. It is a sobering experience.

Was very proud to serve my hometown for 34 years as an Officer. One of the first things we did when we visited Washington DC was to visit the National Law Enforcement Memorial. Took the time to pay my respects to 3 brother Officers who were killed in the line of duty.

Beautiful and sobering.

The Memorial was dedicated on October 15, 1991.
On site, there is a phone book sized, current, paper directory that lists the Fallen by alphabetical order and another list by the State they perished.
My condolences to you and your loved ones. Yes, I agree, you should check with the vendor regarding the whereabouts/status of your order. Sorry to hear this happened to you during your bereavement. Be blessed!
How do you add a name to The wall if the Officer who died on duty ‘s Police Dept has been incooperated into the State Police and no records except the families records exist
Yes there is a directory with all of the names on the wall
There is a gift shop and yes they have coins.
Not in the sense that one wall panel has a specific year ... The names run in a line across all panels.... Each name is added to the panels like a page in a book
You have to spend some time at the wall and really look I had to do the same and it's lots of names as you can imagine but knowing your heart and mine it is there you just got to really look
