Positive: The breakfast was very nice. Would have liked a pantry to purchase snacks and sodas etc. Negative: Signage was not easy to understand. Ice located on 1st & 4th floors. I was told 4th floor didn¿t work. Went to first. Was told go to sixth. I just came from sixth!!!! Some elevator buttons did not light up.

They will cancel your reservation 2 days before because they are overbooked even though I booked a month before. GM was rude when I asked why and she said it was an emergency. I called Hotels.com and that's how I found out they overbooked. Hotels.com booked me into the Home2 Suites which is way nicer. I stayed at the Ramada last year but will never be back especially after staying at this hotel it's a world of difference.

Positive: Above avg !I am realizing unless I book a hotel at 3 stars and above the quality goes down ! This was rated at 3 stars! having a restaurant attached ! Had actual eggs and bacon instead of microwave biscuits ! And prepared oatmeal instead of microwave ,p Negative: no complaints

Great check in process, super comfy & clean room and ideal layout. This has been the best hotel so far of our entire trip! The breakfast was adequate but not amazing. I thought it had awesome variety but the fruit tasted a little funny and the food was a little cold. However, my husband loved his waffle. Haha
