Really happy with how Thrive developed a solid marketing strategy for the home builder company I work for. We weren't sure if SEO or PPC was going to be the right direction for us or even what keywords we should target and they really put us at ease. Simon's marketing analysis was spot on and the use of video was a nice touch. Noah was quick to respond to any of our questions and attentive to our needs. We felt confident in their entire process and delivery. Nice work guys!

We hired Thrive Design to redevelop our WordPress website from scratch. We had been unhappy with our website for a while because it was dated, so it was time to hire somebody to redevelop it from scratch. Our company is in a niche market, and we wanted our site to help us stick out. The user-friendly site went live a few weeks ago, and we’ve already seen two prospects come through in the last week. We haven’t had to do anything; they’ve just come through. In addition, we’ve noticed a spike in page views. Users are also popping in through the chat feature and asking legitimate questions about our services. Responsive and transparent, the team communicates effectively using Zoom, email, and Loom. Their personable approach and drive got us the best possible result that is helping us stand out!

I hired Thrive in April 2022 to help me optimize my WordPress website for useability, performance, SEO, and conversion. Noah, the owner, is a wealth of information and clearly has been in the industry for a long time. Their recommendations were practical, explained them in language I could understand, and they weren’t afraid to tell me the things I didn’t want to hear. I implemented their changes right away and have seen an immediate improvement in my website’s bounce rate and conversions. Will hire the Thrive team again for any development or design projects we have.

I hired Thrive to modernize our website, logo, and branding. We needed to look professional, sound authoritative, as well as consolidate some of our online websites. Our web design search committee had difficulty finding a trustworthy firm that we could work with. I found Thrive on Clutch.com and Noah (the CEO) gave me the most honest and thorough answer to my initial contact, sending a short 30-seconds video actively browsing our website and talking about components of it and some ideas that he had. We’re a unique case in that we have highly specialized content that Thrive hasn’t ever dealt with before, and they haven’t had any problem using WordPress as an intermediate step and handing the site off to us, due to our need to use a private server for our site. We were very impressed with the level of communication. Whenever we have a question on how something works, they’re very responsive. We also received a weekly email during the project with a status and anything they needed from us. Highly recommend!

Do you have 24/7 service for website emergencies?

Great question! If you website goes completely down we automatically get notified. As a customer you are also given a 24/7 email for emergencies and we guarantee a 15 minute response time. That being said, we have a 99.9% uptime on our servers it is so very rare for there to be any downtime. If your website emergency has to do with content changes, product pricing, etc and you aren't comfortable making those changes yourself we can still help. Thrive's two main principals are located in Seattle and London so between the two of them someone is always available. We also have a ticketing system that lets you flag items as an emergency so that it goes right to the top of the queue. This allows the next available developer to hop on it right away. Take a look at that ticketing form here: https://thrive.design/support-request/ Does that answer your question? If you need more info, feel free to reach out.

How long does it take Thrive Design to build a website?

Thrive Design (Owner) | Aug 11, 2022
Thrive Design (Owner) | Aug 12, 2022

There are three (3) factors that determine how long it will take to complete your project: Scope of the work to be done. The availability and skill of the team that is building it. How quickly the client can provide feedback and their availability for any necessary team meetings. That being said, a basic business website that Thrive creates takes 6-8 weeks including content creation, feedback rounds, and go live. E-commerce and membership sites can take 10-16 weeks, but that is greatly dependent on the number of features & products. When we give you a project quote, we will always include a time estimate along with the anticipated price.

How much will it cost to design a new website?

Thrive Design (Owner) | Aug 11, 2022
Thrive Design (Owner) | Aug 12, 2022

We must fully understand your business, your offer, your target audience, your goals, and what problems the project will solve before we know what needs to be done. This will dictate the final price. We believe that prescription without diagnosis is malpractice. Don't risk your investment with an organization that doesn't take the time to fully understand and explore your goals and help you define what success looks like for you. We understand that your website is just a part of the overall picture of your business ecosystem. We also understand that, if your ecosystem is missing a part or two, a new website won t give you the results you are expecting. Because of this, we try to get a crystal clear understanding of what role your website is playing and what you need within that website to succeed. We ask a lot of questions to give us the best idea of what your website would cost to build. Anything else would be malpractice in our view.
