Despite the fact that visiting an emergency vet is never what you want, this experience couldn’t have gone better in terms of the care of our dog as well as us. The staff was so impressive from start to finish throughout every interaction. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. Our wait time was much less than we were told. The prices were also very reasonable, comparable to a routine vet visit in our area. We traveled over an hour to come here as all the emergency vets in our area were not accepting patients or had significantly longer wait times. Thank you Mountain View animal emergency hospital for the excellent care. We know times right now are crazy for vets but it never would’ve shown for you, truly above and beyond!

If your pet is truly in trouble head here! They literally brought my cat back from death's door. Dr Mostoller was so patient & compassionate when I was at my worst! Answering every question even tho she was busy! Dr Foy was so kind & thorough! She got to the probable root of the problem quickly! Tidbit & I are so grateful!

Took my cat Mara there today. Staff was absolutely wonderful and DVM Julie Augustine was wonderful also! She went from not eating and drinking to eating wet food drinking water and already trying to use the bathroom the same night. They gave her a fighting chance. If I could rate higher then 5 stars I would. Yes you have to pay up front but sometimes we will do anything for our fur baby’s. And her health is all that matters. Thank you everyone at Mountain View!

I could not be more thankful for this place, my pup got deathly sick from a piece of table food, but Mountain View truly saved my baby I can say. When she had to stay the night, they were so patient and kind, they let us check in with her any time over the night, no problems. From the front desk, to the techs, to the vets, everyone was so welcoming and comforting. We also called over there when we got her back home with questions and concerns and everything was addressed so accordingly. Regarding prices, yes they are pricey, but that is an obligation when you take an animal into your home. Folks; these people have to make money in order to pay their staff and provide treatment accordingly. This is how any medical office runs, you just tend to have insurance on the others which makes it cheaper, but this is an unspoken agreement when you take an animal in. Thousands of dollars in medical bills are a possibility at any time, no different than having a sick child. I am just so blessed that such a caring, compassionate staff took such phenomenal care of my pup! This was my first experience at the emergency vet (hopefully my last), but if emergency services are ever needed again, my animals will be taken here no question or doubt. Kindness does NOT go unnoticed. My sweet Lola is back home and healthier than ever.

I was just there a few days ago. I was charged 140.00 just to walk in the door.
Greetings Ms. Young, I apologize I was not in the office at the time of your inquiry. We do not unfortunately perform routine vaccines or routine surgeries. Thank You
