I believe his name is Dr Carr and i can’t remember the name of the vet tech but both of them are very sweet and great. If this place had better front desk then I would stay. They just put off negative energy. I was getting rid of my puppy due to his aggressive behavior towards kids but right now I’m going to try obedience training first. I had asked them if they could let me know what May me causing it. I guess they felt like they didn’t Have to answer since i was getting rid of my puppy. I’m glad to have seen that because it just proved to me that they only care about money and not about the actually pets. If that’s not what the company morals are, then I suggest replacing the front desk with people who appreciate helping others! If it Wasn’t for the doc and the tech, i would give 1 star. I am switching to another vet. Thanks for showing me though ! Everything happens for a reason!

The entire team at Mid Atlantic is wonderful. Everyone is kind, professional and caring. Every step of care is addressed and they are very timely in getting back to you with any questions you may have. The facility is beautiful and very clean.

Great staff and doctors. On time. Very clean facility. My favorite thing is the staff bring their dogs to work and they stay in a room behind the check in desk, looking out at everyone. So adorable. Highly recommend this vet and the doctors. A friend recommended to me and I couldn't be happier.

Im very pleased with the care they give my best friend and service dog sprinkles .they do explain things well I don't trust just anyone with her on my first visit I had a nice vet im sorry I forgot her name but now it's Dr Potter shes just fine. Both was good. And she likes Dr Potter too so so far so good. Nothing negative to say
