I've stayed at this hotel on and off for the last 6 years and I used to give it a 5 star but the remodeling 2 yrs ago was done cheap and now the paint is starting to peel. Last time I stayed July 22, the console that holds the TV, microwave and refrigerator looks like it was beat up pretty badly. The sink looked like it could have been cleaned a little better. The microwave also needed to be serviced. The time I stayed before that, summer 2022 the first 2 rooms that I was given had not yet been serviced. Not sure how they managed that one. Staff is freindly. The breakfast used to be 10 star until covid came along. Now for health reasons I became a vegan and I bring my own food so I can't say much about the breakfast.

I rented 3 rooms for 2 nights for a family event. I am not inconsiderate or overly picky and I am tolerant. Positive: the Desk Staff were all very polite and helpful. Overall Downside in Each Room: stains on the furniture. Doors that rubbed together. Slow shower drains. Direct TV channels had no variety at all. The Breakfast was OK. Downside in 1 Room: Toilet wouldn't flush out. We discovered candy, dirt, and toys under furniture. Soiled linens were stacked in closet. Housekeeping was promised and never showed. The Toilet was going to be fixed and no one came. I had to ask for that party to be moved elsewhere, which they did for the 2nd night. On Checkout the Manager knocked $20 off the substandard room for it being partially clean with a slow toilet. I didn't argue. I hope that they use the profit made for Draino and some supervision.

This is our go-to hotel. My boyfriend drives tractor trailer so we stay at hotels quite frequently. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful and it's not just pastries and cereal, they always have eggs and sausage, or bacon in addition to waffles and an array of cereal and pastries. Not to mention coffee is available anytime. Staff is always eager to help. We had a misunderstanding the other day over check in, and the gentleman that came in for second shift went above and beyond to accommodate us. I saw a few reviews giving low scores for the smell of marijuana. I've smelled it faintly in the hallway before, but never in our room. FYI: you can't go anywhere anymore without smelling Marijuana. I stayed at the Hyatt last week and I smelled it more there than I ever have here so if you think paying more money will eliminate that, good luck to you, lol.

I wish I could put 4.5 stars. To start the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful in the check in process. There was some confusion (on my part, not the hotel) with our reservation. The receptionist and another member of the staff helped me right through it and were actually fun to deal with. The rooms was clean, comfortable and nicely laid out. Pillows were pretty pathetic and the bed comfort was average - maybe a step above. The gym looked pretty nice, but I didn't have the opportunity to use it. I also feel the room was a good value in a very convenient location.
