Awful communication. It’s been over a month without any information regarding security camera footage they were somehow unable to find. Leads me to believe cameras don’t work. Very suspicious and poorly handled situation. Still waiting to hear from corporate or anybody at all at this point. I’m very disappointed because this could’ve been handled professionally but instead this seems highly immature and puts a bad taste in my mouth. Something is not right.

This place is amazing!! It is the best place to live off campus they have an amazing staff. Its only 7 minutes from Penn State Abington! I would highly recommend you move in!

There are free washers and dryers on every floor. There are no balconies. You will have to contact the management office for the rent. But there's an administrative fee and the first and last month rent.
