This place was pretty bad. It's on a dark back road. The lobby desk has plastic covering up to shield attack. I had to pay a security deposit, so apparently they have a lot of problems. The elevator smells like cigarette smoke. The place is dingy, and musty smelling. The walls were peeling away in the corners. The floors had paint stains. The bed skirts were stained with what looked like bodily fluids. Outlets blocked by furniture. Screw holes in the wall. Television literally hanging at an angle. They advertised domino's delivery for room service. The ceiling was stained in the corners. The heating/cooling vent had bugs and debris lodged in it. The refrigerator was dented. I could go on.

The location is fair, it's very north Hagerstown so you have to drive a bit to get to dual highway or halfway blvd. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room i got ended up being pretty small and pretty outdated. The bathroom didnt even have counterspace. It was a toilet with a sink and a tiny metal shelf above it and a shower with very little water pressure. The air conditioning also had a musty smell too it. It certainly needs cleaned up and renovated. If you have an extra 20 bucks a night i would definitely recommend somewhere else.

The staff was very rude. They stopped serving breakfast at 9 and had it all cleaned up and gone before 9. They refused to give me my deposit back for a stain that we never caused. We only stayed there for a few hours and didn’t have anything the color of the stain nor did we drink or eat anything while we were there. The woman immediately accused us of causing the stain and then took us up to the room to show us the stain, no matter how many times we explained that stain was not ours, she claimed they would never lay those linens because they’ve had complaints before and said she would take off $10. I refused because we didn’t cause any damage and she was lying and making claims that she couldn’t back up. She then called the guy up who I guess is the manager and he refused to listen or talk just disrespectfully dismissed us to leave. He wouldn’t speak with me and threatened to call the cops since we weren’t leaving. I called the cops to file a complaint. Even they were rude and of no help at all when they arrived and just told us to call corporate. There was another guy there they refused to give back their deposit and the police ended up trying to flip it on him and say he could arrest him for trespassing since the owner asked him to leave. Even the cop admitted they come out there for that often, so clearly it’s an issue with the business and not the customers. I just couldn’t believe that the cops tried to do that to that man and I feel if I didn’t come back into the building things could’ve possibly gone even more wrong for that man. I can’t find any number online to file a complaint. I couldn’t believe the treatment we got after seriously doing nothing wrong. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and dismissive. This business is not accredited by the BBB after being in business for 20 years. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I highly suggest no one goes there unless they want to be played out of their deposit.

Save your self the disappointment!! Not Cheaper in cost but a " cheap " motel!!! Nasty, nasty, nasty. Smells, ran down. All but the shower drain that wouldn't drain down. Paranoid I had to check for roaches and bed bugs. Hung all my baggage up!! Not clean by far. Even found the crusted cleaning rag on the bathroom counter they left. Skimp on providing enough towels. By looks all they did was wipe off the top of counter and toilet seat. Shower was dirty ( hair still in it,) bed was short sheeted, and my kids can clean and make a bed better than thier house keeping. No continental breakfast. Windows: curtains were nasty, window seals filthy, window screens are warm and torn. May as well just take them out! NO microwave or refrigerator. Left 1st night and went down the road to stay.
