While everything was good and the rooms were mostly clean, the TV was one of the old LG clunkers and I couldn't use my fire stick with it. As well, the plug-in ethernet did not work. And there was the fact that we didn't have any shampoo or lotion in the room and had to ask for it. For the price we paid, it should have been a lot more. However, the staff was awesome and the location was great.

Very nice place! Clean spacious room, friendly helpful staff!! Will definitely make it our go to stop when traveling that route!! I do miss the complimentary coffee though!

This was seriously one of the worst hotel experiences I've had and I travel A LOT! The room was nice and very clean but the hotel is close to two major highways and all I heard the entire night was semi trucks engine braking, the heater in my room was just as loud. On top of that there was a group fighting or just being ridiculously loud. I called the front desk to deal with it but it never stopped.

We came into town for a wedding and this hotel room did not disappoint. The room itself was clean and spacious. The beds and linens were also clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and little things were provided, such as make up wipes and a generous amount of soap, shampoo and conditioner located on the wall, in pump dispensers, in the shower. The TV provided streaming services and you can easily control the temperature in the room by a thermostat on the wall. Check out was simple and the little cafe had a nice menu for breakfast in the morning. The location was prime for shopping and great restaurants were within walking distance. I wish all hotels were like this! We can't wait to stay at The Courtyard by Marriott in Hagerstown again!
