I have a thing about going to a restaurant within the last hour they're open but had a long day choose to go I'm going to assume they were short staffed but it wasn't too busy asked for a booth that wasn't clean yet no problem they cleaned it but forgot to place silverware the bartender decided to jump in and be our server my drink was great my boneless wings were dry and half way coated asked for medium well steak that was more on the rate side another table had complaints they received 10% off they're bill Applebee's needs to get it together

I ordered food for my family and my BBQ boneless smell weird. Then taste like it has alcohol mixed with. I tired calling and they hung up on me. I just want to know why the food taste different when you ordered take out but then sitting at the restaurant.

If u are online ordering the full menu is available u can also access via food delivery apps like door dash. But its Applebees they all carry the same food chain to chain. https://www.applebees.com/en/menu

No you don't have to but it would be highly recommended so staff can have enough tables and seating together.
