Front desk staff is unprofessional they will have you sitting for hours as a walk in even if you are first in the building. They allow for people to schedule appointment times online and not even show up meanwhile walk-ins are forced to wait hours. I was called and told I needed labs done in order to schedule my MRI’syHad to get a bit tactful and mention that I had been there before and was called in to do labs, makes no sense I wait the 3 HOURS told to me. Next thing I know, the provider, the woman who I was told was aware I was coming , stated she would perform the labs. Sometimes managers need to get involved to ensure the patient or customer is well taken care of. I upgraded this star from a 2 to a 3 as I was taken care of but I don’t like how they handle workers compensation cases. SOME of the doctors there seem insensitive and based solely on the agenda to return you to work.

No, walk in is fine but checking in online beforehand can usually reduce any wait times.
Because, like everyone else in the country, staffing is tough these days. We are keeping open as many as our 41 centers as we can. Occasionally, we have to close one or two and this weekend is one of them. — CEO

Peachtree Immediate Care offers both the Rapid Test, from which you'll get your results in 15 mins, and the PCR test, which will take 2-3 days to hear your result. You can get tested either inside their office or from your car.
