The new owners/dentists made it clear to me that neither my pain nor my comfort was a priority to them. In addition to my experience being physically, mentally, and financially draining, my lack of knowledge about what was causing my mouth pain was ridiculed by the dentist. Even though I had to wait 25 minutes beyond my appointment time in the waiting room to go to the back, the dentist told me that I was only allotted 15 minutes for my “emergency visit”. She brought in her assistant to ensure that she got me “out on time” and did not even address the pain. You couldn’t pay me to go back for the disrespect, lack of empathy, and humiliation again.

Hi there I yes gave them a great review BUT THEN me too got my bill in the mail and they said I NOW owe THEM 467.27....i was like oh shiiippp NOW I SEE what EVERYBODY IS TALKING ABOUT...I HAD 3 BACK TEETH PULLED AND 2 CAVATIES FILLED...I WAS COVERED UNDER MY INSURANCE AND MY WIFE'S INSURANCE SO ALL I HAD TO PAY WAS LIKE 67 BUCK'S SO I PAID CASH....SHE SAID THAT WAS MY ONLY OUT OF POCKET...THEN 2 WEEKS LATER I GET A FLUCKING BILL....YES I MISPELLED IT UNPURPOSE...I THINK YOU SHOULD GO TO SOME LITTLE HOLE IN THE WALL INSTEAD YOU WILL BE BETTER OF...NOW THESE AHOLES ARE GOING TO FLUCK MY CREDIT SCORE..YES MISPELLED AGAIN...IF I NEW I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER 467 BUCK'S I WOULD HAVE DONE MAYBE ONE TOOTH...or go someplace else..
I did the same last November @ Aspen. Great experience. Very happy & a bargain for what I got in return. Should have done years earlier.
