I talked to Nicky glover and she came to my house to check it. She is really nice and I also talked to her through email. She replies quickly and she answers all your answers. She is the nicest manager I have ever talked to in Somerset.

Don't even think about moving to these overpriced raggedy apartments. They are roach infested and instead of treating the entire building, they will spray areas around the apartment and a couple days later the roaches come right back. I have never had a problem with roaches until this year. I have spent my own money on treatments and attempted to treat my apartment myself even though I pay a monthly pest fee and should not have to. I don't know if they are using a new vendor or what but someone isn't doing their job. Management is rude and disrespectful. Nicky Glover is extremely disrespectful and I have had to contact the corporate office several times for them to even do their job. Ever since Greystar management took over this property, I have hated living here and cannot wait until my lease is over in December because I will not be signing another one. Three of my neighbors moved out as well and one of them was here for less than a year. That should tell you enough. To be someone who pays rent on time every month and has never missed a payment since moving here 3 years ago, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service and poor living conditions I have been in for the last year now. My rent went up almost $200 just for the service and living conditions to become worse. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED AND KILLING ROACHES EVERY TIME YOU TURN ON A LIGHT IN YOUR APARTMENT. Update: as of 08/21/22… after 3 years of living here I am breaking my lease and moving out because for the last two weeks I haven’t even been able to get a full night of sleep without feeling paranoid and thinking something is crawling on me. The corporate office lied and said the exterminator treated the entire building, after speaking to several neighbors and reviewing the ring camera I can confirm they did not treat the entire building. A hour after I received the email from the corporate office Amy from the leasing office called me to admit the building was not treated. No apology, no accountability , no nothing. They made me wait another week before having the exterminator treat the entire building. This is building 12! Specifically apartment 1207 for anyone thinking about moving here.

Awesome staff and maintenance team! Amy is just everything I could ask for in a property manager! Very responsive and helpful. As a single mother of 3, I can appreciate the safety I feel in the neighborhood as well.
