Brittany Mason (absolutely fantastic) She sold me for my first visit!!!! First off, thank you for your help with finding me a place. You were str8 forward, understanding, PATIENT, and extremely attentive to and for me. You helped me thru all the major steps that's were needed to complete this process. I can't 😋 express this more. You and your team of experts has put me in a great place in life while moving to the 🍑 state! You stood behind your word kept me updated and helped me finalized this deal. This is why I'm typing this review. This place isn't to far from my job and I love the quietness it presents. I can't wait to move in within the next few weeks! Thank you for all you have done, and "you" you deserve a raise for how you handle this part of business 👏 👌 👍.

It has been a month since I moved . Brittany was simply Amazing and was so helpful in the process. I will say my unit needs to be cleaned especially the AC unit but I am sure they will fix this quick and efficiently.

The application process here was a bumpy road! I was told one thing in office and once I paid my security deposit and pro-rated rent, things changed. Due to me not having anything in writing because I believed the words of the sales expert, I was almost at a loss. After going back and forth with the manager, I was granted what I was initially told BUT it came with blaming me for others mistakes. I am very disappointed with the service and the terrible communication that I’ve received. I would definitely say Brittany gave me hopes that this was a great community, but I was definitely fooled when speaking with the assistant manager, who doesn’t seem to be in the know of what goes in with the application process and the manager who is rude and requires professionalism that’s not an employee of hers or works beneath her.

My situation wasn’t ideal for move in but let me tell you , BRITTANY did her thing . I am moving from out of state and a-lot was done through email and over the phone and she did everything I needed . We did have a hiccup on my behalf but she did what she had to in order for me to get my keys . She is amazing and I’m glad everything worked out thanks to her !
