Apply today however the office is closed on Sunday so probably not an instant approval today. Try first thing tomorrow morning.
You can wall into the office to talk to someone from 9am to 6pm Monday thru Friday and they will be more than happy to help you. I know my situation was super easy and it didn't take long at all. Hope this helps
