This was the worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. I do understand it was busy, but my room had dirty walls, curtains, and sheets. Hair and stain on mattress topper and sheets. Scotch tape used on the wall to hold the seam of the wallpaper down. I requested clean sheets, the sheets given were also stained .... We did not feel comfortable using the bathroom to shower the next day. The microwave was filthy, the cushions on the seats were soiled ... It was an unpleasant experience all the way around.

The staff was very welcoming--spoke to a few of the staff members and they were very helpful and made my check-in and check-out very easy for me. I stayed in a pet-friendly room that was a little dated but clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would give this place 5 stars except for a few minor things- the wallpaper in the room was bubbling or looked like it was coming off in spots, the refrigerator in the room had some grime in it, and this is more of a suggestion--for pet-friendly rooms, maybe don't have carpeting but like a pergo or something like that (easier to clean and won't capture odors as much) Either way I very much enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be back!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool was very nice. The kids loved it. The lights in the room could be better but are sufficient. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was good with many options.

The room was clean. The hotel is very nice. The Indoor pool is nice. The water in the shower is hot, which I like. This is getting 1 star for one reason, and this is inexcusable.... the maid barged into my room at 9:28am this morning. I was still sleeping. Check-out is at 11am. This should NEVER happen!! I got out of shower at around 10:40am and the maid tried to get in the room again (I had just a towel on) but this time I had the chain-bolt locked. Communicate with your cleaning staff and have them only clean unoccupied rooms or rooms that have confirmed checked out for the day. I was robbed of an extra hour of sleep after I drove 600 miles from upstate NY the day before.

Questions & Answers

The door knob to the bathroom fell off in my hand and they charged me twice for one night. And off course there is no manager on the weekends or any maintenance. This place is a joke

Sorry to hear that, I had a great experience

Why does it cost so much for a pet to stay with you? I remember when there was no charge, then $25, then $50 now $75! That’s ridiculous!

I agree with both previous answers.
