They hosted a Special Event on Mary Draper Ingles and did such an outstanding job...but this a wonderful, well organized and special Museum to Visit: so many things to see and learn about in the New River Valley and Radford.

No, a great place for history knowledge. Then go see the Ingles home not far away. Home where Mary Ingles Draper was taken from by Indians but returned to her final days.
There is no longer a hospital within the municipal confines of Radford. There was one in Radford up until the late 1990s, and it then moved to the present location outside of Radford. The New River Valley Medical Center carries a Christiansburg address but is actually closer to Radford.
