Had a great time. Very well organized for fast and easy entry

I would give 5 stars, but...why is there such a long walk from the drop off lot to get to the venue? If you have lawn seats, chances are, you're lugging a chair. If buses can take you up during the fair, why can't they do it for concerts??? Because of this, I probably won't go back to that venue.

It was easy to get in and park ... Little bit of a wait to go thru search and metal detector...found a nice lawn spot....enjoyed the concert the view and the comeraderie of all the people there....leaving was another story...that was a hot mess.

What a sick joke. Getting to the concert was a giant ordeal. Backed up traffic, cones all over the place disorienting you in the middle of the night when leaving. We finally after sitting in traffic and being redirected all over the place by cones and officers arrived and parked after paying 20.00. We follow the chain of people only to realize we are walking miles to the venue. I can't believe I had to pay 20.00 to park and walk to Rochester. At the check point crowds were held back, split by officers and metal barriers put up. We finally get near the check bag point and the officers pull the barriers and in come like a marathon hundreds more people behind you pushing, and moving around to catch friends who have these stupid app tickets that are already in line ahead of you. The entire place is cashless, so anyone can have a field day with your card after the event. Next up lawn seating on a hill. You can't hear or see the band so don't waste your time. The bathroom are disgusting. I highly doubt they emptied the porta potties from the last concert. I am giving this dump 2 stars because the food was okay and easy to get to. I am selling my Five Finger tickets and never going back.

How much is premier parking? I've had this issue before and might invest
Seats or sit in grass. You can rent lawn chairs
Ok thank you so much
That's great that's what you want there doing something right
No.
Yes. They are allowed. As well as unopened bottles of water and/or snacks.
Most of the answers here are correct. Some people say you can't bring snacks but you can if they're small amounts of snacks and baggies and definitely sealed water. All the rules are listed on the website very easy to follow
Holiday inn
It's a ways from parking to seating, but they have shuttle services for you
We only paid$10 for Jason Aldean concert
Yes. There are golf car shuttles near the ADA parking lot. Ask for directions at security check in.
Only if it isnt sold out
Parking 4pm gates 530
The earlier you get the the better of you are if u want to be close
Turning Stone Early Entry is a pass sold by Live Nation at St. Joseph's Health Amphitheater (formerly known as Lakeside Amphitheater). It is simply branded and sponsored by Turning Stone as advertisement for them. It alws those who purchase the pass as an add on to their tickets to enter the venue before the rest of the ticket holders. This is especially useful for lawn seating. There are not many if any signs telling where to go, but we figured it out finally. My suggestion is to ask parking attendants and other concert goers.
Recommend using a helicopter taxi service
Last week
Any size see through allowed. 4x6 clutch is the biggest purse allowed. 1 gallon of unopened water. That's It! I work security, I know.
There is a shuttle that will bring you from the door almost to your seat. Just communicate your needs early they will accommodate
I did call, no one answers. Same story short staffed. I then followed up with two emails and a text, only to get the same standard reply, "we have no record of your purchase, check to see if you purchased them somewhere else." Too funny, they showed up two days before the first show, with no notice, from Ticketmaster, the people I kept saying they had no record.
No we did not have to show proof of vaccinations or wear masks
I was very impressed with the Foofighters show, late start or not. The energy and the love of the fans was an overwhelmingly positive experience that I will not forget! Great concert!
I parked at 33 ft RV there overnight nothing happened except kid Rock showed up kept banging on my door for whiskey I'm like I don't have whiskey. I don't know what I ever did to annoy kid Rock
Always check the website. Was a nice concert and crowd. I know Korn/Stained concert is cancelled as is end of the season FGL. But we did also add Foo Fighters and Zac Brown Band. I do believe.
Coolers, I'm not totally sure, but backpacks yes. I would think that certain beverages are allowed, but once again, not totally sure.
I'm not totally sure, but from what I've seen, medium sized.
I haven't been there for an actual event there other then the parking lot
If you slept in the back you might be ok, but agree troopers might say you have to go
Not exactly sure, but I get to all concerts by 3
Just ask when you enter the lot...
Just show up and pay $10 for the orange lot.
Depends on the concert. Check their facebook page for updates on a particular show.
You can also go directly into sjhamphitheater.com
I wouldn't recommend it.

You can use it in the parking lot, but cannot bring it in.
No they don't
I have been to 4 or 5 shows there with pit tickets and it was standing room only. The lawn seats/tickets should say lawn and its the same thing, standing room only.
Yes
When they're not sold out, you can get them there. The box office is between security check and ticket scans. If you get there before gates open, security checks you, you get your tickets, and you come back up to the line. You will get checked again when coming through the second time.
I would call their box office and ask them about how you can purchase them. Usually the box offices know about stuff like that but I'm unsure exactly
I just googled the information. This is what I found: St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview follows the 2010 ADA guidelines regarding the sale of accessible seating. Patrons requiring special seating accommodations must request them at the time of purchase. Patrons may purchase up to 3 companion seats adjacent to their accessible seat, if available. Due to ticketing procedures, only Row T (100 level) and Row Q (200 level) ticket holders and their ticketed companions can be accommodated in these ticketed rows. These rows are wheelchair accessible. Note: Wheelchair spaces are 36” wide.
They might, but I'm handicapped and it is not handicap friendly at all. Walking and hills and steps etc.. is a huge part of this place It's shameful how in this day and age and government involved that handicap was not in there plans,. I had huge issues and I'm not even in a wheelchair. Not great for people with walkers etc... I was excited to go, but it was a lot of "work" Don't know if I would ever do this again A lot of climbing stairs
Near the entrance I think.
Stone Sour made a tour decision to not use them
Or just take the orange parking lot bus right infront of main gate it will drop you off down by theater
I would say at least an hour, there were people there super early. You miggr want to go earlier than that even, because the parking situation is the pits.
Yes
It was $5 for parking last night for the breaking Benjamin
I did not it pay fees when I purchased tickets at the box office.
Cost of tickets depends on the band or artist playing, which is entirely separate from the fair admission
Yes there is handicapped parking close to the bldg. You have to pay close attention to the whereabouts.
Yes you can. Sometimes they even let you upgrade to better tickets.
Yes. The ampitheater is just a minutes from the state Thruway and the NY State Fair grounds, so you have many options to choose from.
It says it on your ticket. Usually 6 or 6:30
Lets general admission in early to get better spot
No. You can tailgate all you want with whatever you like, but no drinks or cooler.
I would plan on around 45 bucks. Thats what it was at the zombie manson show a couple weeks ago
To avoid the possibility of long waits, arrive early and park in the lot that on the same side as the venue, easy in and easy out on that side.
Yes the orange parking lot, all the way down to the west end of the parking lot and the gates are right there
We were there last weekend for a concert they were open 2 hours before the concert
All the way up top. Right by the entrance
$10 to park in regular parking lot and premier parking is available for more$$.
They have a website with a list of concerts and you purchase online. Hope this helps.
No need! I can't either. They have carts waiting at handicap lot to take you & companions to seating areas. Before & after show. They are VERY accommodating!!
Yes but they gotta be fold up ones. I brought a metal one and security took it from me. On thier website it will give the specifics of what you can and can't bring.
My tickets say 7:30pm for Steely Dan and I bought mine through Ticketmaster.
You can get dropped off just past main gate on statefair blvd. The shuttle bus run by centro is a little past gate 2 in the pink lot. Free ride from there to main gate of amphitheater
Yes! They're very accommodating there and will drive you to &from concert area as needed.
Usually 2 hours before the show start time but that changes. Best to check the website
They are playing at 7pm on August 22nd.
Everyone was tailgating during Kenny Chesney concert
Main gate opens at 6 pm . i work there
I don't think so
Parking is $10
Alright thank you
Items ALLOWED to be brought in to venue: Bags are limited the size of 14”x14”x6”. All bags will be thoroughly searched before entry with a bag is permitted. I believe that you can bring in one container of water up to gallon size, sealed and snacks in clear plastic bags. We brought in 2 bottles of water and snacks without any issues. There are no apparent limitations in lots.
I just pay the 8 dollars for valet parking is a lot better than trying to find a spot etc
No. Only never been open bottle of water/soda. No alcohol.
Yes you can. If you bring the chair in a bag, they will open the bag to check it but that is all
At the amphitheater, only on the day of the event. In advance, you can buy them at the OneCenter Mon-Fri 10am-6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.
Can we park in the orange handicapped (we have a legal sticker of course) lot early and leave the car there to enjoy the fair before the show and is there a shuttle to the fair from that lot and then come back for the show later from the fair grounds.
It does depend on the artist.. I don't know if you see talking about VIP parking.. That's just a closer lot
The "lawn seats" section is behind the actual seating. There is a concrete area with built in seats immediately in front of the stage. Past that area, there is a metal bar fence that separates the areas and there is a grassy area where the lawn seating is . This area doesn't allow for the best view
